Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

- Manufacturing defect is found.
- Item received is significantly different from the ordered product.
Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused.
- Original tags and packaging should be intact.
- Invoice or order confirmation should be available.
- Product should be returned in its original condition.
Items Not Eligible
Returns will not be accepted if:

- Customer changes their mind after delivery.
- Product is damaged due to customer misuse.
Request is made after 7 days.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are issued through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash or the original payment method.
- Cash refunds at the doorstep are not available.
